The hotel had average rooms with some issues such as non-functional outlets that were not promptly resolved. It would have been better if the layout was more divided. On the bright side, we enjoyed the water park passes that came with the room.

It would have been nice if the layout was split into separate areas instead of two adjoining rooms. However, the inclusion of 4 water park passes was a nice bonus.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, but I felt that certain basic tasks should have been taken care of, especially considering the premium rates paid. The location, while not directly on the lake side, was convenient close to the air conditioner and well-serviced by the staff. I was pleased with the hotel's location facing the lake and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was friendly and prompt in their interactions.
